If you change your mind we here at Multi Trading House have a strict NO RETURN policy for any product. No product shall be returned for a like item, or for a cash refund.The purchaser has the right to return defective goods for a refund, or to cancel a contract without any reason.No return for Custom made products.Sport equipment is not guaranteed against breakage and/or damage during shipping. Once an item is used it is not returnable. Any bat which is seasoned and/or knocked-in at your request is also not returnable. However, if for any other reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly return your money or apply your credit to another purchase of your choice within 30 days of the purchase date. Original Shipping cost and Return Shipping cost is your responsibility. All purchases are subject to a 15% handling charge on returns. Actual items may be different than the ones shown in the photographs displayed on the website If the product is defective please return without use including original packaging and invoice with in fifteen days. We can change the product or refund cash but we will not refund any shipping expenses incured. How To Order in stock items you can order after add to cart your required items and entering your address at checkout page but for custom made items order need to follow following simple steps

The Simple Steps for Getting Your custom made Uniform or any other item

①: Getting the custom made uniforms very easy . Let us know what you like—a picture would be perfect—or tell us what modification you want to make to our standard design

②: Than you will receive a firm quote together with a set of uniforms' sketches for your review .We will keep on reflecting your comments in the sketches until we reach the look that you want.

③: Soon after you’ve approved the art work and finalized all the customization we will start manufacturing your order which will be delivere with 2 to 3 weeks after payment or deposit.

Our terms for custom orders are:

payment in full at time of order for $500.00 or less order amount.
deposit of $500.00 at time of order and the balance before shipping for orders of up to $1,499.00
1/3 down at time of order; 1/3 before customization and 1/3 before shipping for orders or $1,500.00 or more.
